    With our monthly membership you get unlimited sessions each month.

    Plus we don’t do set session times. With a new round starting every three minutes, simply turn up when it works for you, during our club opening hours.

    Essentials kit

    All members get the kit needed to master your workout.

    This includes 9Round gloves, hand wraps and heartrate monitor belt which connects to the screens in club and can be used for all other workouts.

    • We love taking clients who have never worked out, or haven’t exercised in a long time, and getting them in the best shape of their life. Our trainers will customize your workout to your fitness level. Some new club members start with just a few rounds until you are comfortable with all 9! If you’re already advanced, guess what? Our trainers know how to challenge you as well! We are able to accommodate all fitness levels at 9Round!

    • Because 9Round is a circuit format, our workout starts every 3 minutes, meaning there are no set class times.  Members can come in anytime during the hours of operation at their club. This makes it super convenient for anyone with a busy lifestyle! Your 30 minute session starts whenever you walk through the door!

      If you’re booking a free trial, please be aware that our last workout starts 30 minutes before the club closes.

    • With your membership you get unlimited workouts (One 30 minute circuit per visit), however, our workouts are tailored for a very intense 30-minute workout and are scientifically designed to be effective in sessions of just 30 minutes. It’s all about getting in and out and on with your life! That’s how we make people #StrongerIn30Minutes .

    • Three times a week is perfect! This is a schedule that you can sustain for life, hopefully! If you wish to come more times per week, you certainly may, but because of the science behind our workout programming, three times a week is what works for most people whether it is to lose weight, relieve stress, or maintain a healthy lifestyle.
